Will the 2020 census affect your county?

County Estimate Reports

After the 2020 Census, Kentucky will draw new maps to show which parts of the state elect each member of the Kentucky House, Kentucky Senate, and U.S. House of Representatives. That redistricting process is likely to affect nearly every county in Kentucky.  We can’t know for certain what changes the Census will reveal, but we do have some good estimates.  The American Community Survey, conducted by the Census Bureau, provides county population estimate search year. Using the 2018 data, our County Estimate Reports give an initial idea of what is happening in your county and how redistricting may affect your area. Feel free to download and use any that interest you.*
